    The ppl complaining about the 'legal' punch, have probably never boxed in their life

    That's the way I see it. If you're in the square circle, protect yourself at all times it's as simple as that.

      if u have to make a thread defending that punch then obviously u dont feel to comfortable about it either. floyd knew ortiz wasnt ready and he took full advantages over it and thats that. no cheating, etc. floyd just took advantage at ortiz not being ready.

        yes it was leagal, but that doesnt make it right. floyd punched him whilst ortiz still had his hands down and whatever way you want to look at it, its a bit cheap. another point, the ref wasnt even looking!!! floyd could have booted him in the balls for all cortez knew.

          if it was the other way around would u guys still feel the same way?? if ortiz sucker punch floyd and won the fight, how would u guys feel? ortiz won fair and sqaure and KO floyd and it was legit?

                their trying to avoid that part.. floyd could have KO ortiz the right way.

                  No one is arguing that, and really neither am I. It's just people who don't like Floyd's aura or attitude will continue even more to do so because though Yes, it was a legal shot, it wasn't the best way Floyd could've taken that W. But hey, Floyd got the W, that's all that counts in the end.
