"The sucker punch is a common street fighting technique. Experts may feign fear or friendliness to put their opponent off guard or approach him from the side or rear to deliver a surprise blow."

Don't know about Great fighters but fighters always takes advantage however he can get them. It's not Floyd's fault that Ortiz is ******.

No matter how anyone would twist it, it was a sucker punch. Only a low moral, vile and cowardly fighters resort to it, especially if against an overly matched 7 to 1 underdog opponent.

With his supposed skills he should have simply schooled and humiliated that mismatched 7 to 1 underdog. There's no denying that what he did instead was disgraceful and an act of cowardice.
It's his "right" because it was within the rules of boxing.

I'm not saying I agree with it. But you all are acting like what he did was against some sort of boxing "rules", and it's not.

Wanna blame someone? Blame Ortiz. He should have known better.

Mayweather never put his arms out for a hug, Idk why everyone is acting like he did. He tapped gloves with ortiz and then was in fight mode, its Ortizs fought that he was trying to hug

No one is saying that it is was against the rules. People are saying that only low level fighters resort to that kind of cowardly tactics to ko an opponent. Against a no matched opponent at that. Read the definition of sucker punch and see how it fits exactly Floyd's action.

It was legal what Floyd did i hear, but i havent heard many condone what Floyd did.

If people do accept what floyd did was fair, the whole of boxing needs to be reassessed and Floyd has created a new precedent. Boxers have been touching gloves for centuries and Floyd alone, may have changed the course of boxing forever.

THe amount of time SSM touched Pacs gloves, so Pac missed the opportunity to be the first to stop SSM.
