It's not only the left he has to worry about, Manny's right hook could be a big problem for Floyd as well.

I hope we finally get this fight.

Manny won't be to fully utilize his angle punches on the outside because Floyd isn't gonna come forward at as close reach range as Margarito did against Manny.

It doesn't matter.......the fight will never happen. I like you as a poster, but it's time to move on.

Floyd fans can get excited about a potential Khan vs Mayweather fight.....and Pacquiao will face Bradley in the spring.

Floyd didn't look like he lost any step on his speed or accuracy. He beats Pac just like Marquez would have twice had he stayed on his feet. Pac pretty much lost 60% of the rounds against Marquez, a fighter that is smaller (reach and body), weaker, less skilled on defense, less of a counterpuncher, weaker chin, and footwork. Pretty much Floyd does everything better than Juan and Juan was better than Pac in both their fights.
Pacquiao's not gonna avoid Floyd's counter punching- so what?

Floyd isn't gonna slow pac down when Cotto and Margarito, who are offensive fighters, landed as much as they did on pac and couldn't slow him down at all.

Pac can get hurt, Pac's been to the edge before with marquez and morales and he showed that you have to kill him to stop him. Floyd's never been to the edge and floyd has never been in a war.

Pac is going to make this a war- or die trying.

until he got knocked down by a hard straight left in the 3rd round...

Ortiz has a weak chin and it didn't slow him down as well. Hell Ortiz had his best moments after Floyd countered only to have Ortiz press the action and land several shots that back Floyd up on the ropes.

Pac's straight left is as fast as a jab except with 5 times more power and twice the reach.

Plus pac launches it with his monster legs.

And by making it a war he will run into something the same way as Hatton. If he tries to create distance and lunge he will be picked apart in the same way as Gatti and Ortiz were. Floyds straights are very strong and it will take its toll as it has done to many of his opponents. It's actually a rather simple fight for Floyd. Manny has about the same amount of chance as most opponents and that's slim. The only thing he has going is the punches from strange angles.
