The punch was in the heat of the moment and Dirrell fell on his own. AA doesn't owe him a count.

The time between the punch AA threw was literally a split second.

Floyd's punches took at least a few seconds and there was a gap between the first punch and the second punch.

His punches were clearly premeditated and he was rewarded instead of penalized.

Really it's so the same because Floyd Mayweather's corner threw crazy water on the floor and caused Ortiz to slip down to the canvas on all fours when Floyd unleashed a punch with all his might.
