Those were they same circumstances. Both fighters caught in vernable positions and their opponents taking advantage.

The ref never stopped the action when dirrell slipped and that's not AA fault as Andre is know for doing that to avoid punches.

Double Standards indeed (If you get mad at one and not the other).

Dirrell was down on the ground, you are not allowed to hit someone while they are down.

You are allowed to hit someone when they go for a hug.

        Smartguy.
Different situation. Floyd didn't technically do anything illegal. Dirrell's knee was on the canvas. Time was out. Time was technically in last night. Floyd was sneaky and tricky and underhanded, but not technically illegal. I don't know if I would have counted Ortiz out or deducted a point from Floyd, but it's not apples to apples. Ortiz should have gotten up anyway. We wouldn't even be talking about it if he got up.

Time wasn't out. Time was in. Dirrell slipping on his own or turning his back on his own and looking away is the same thing.

Protect yourself at all times right?

Not the same circumstances or even close. Fighters know to NOT hit a downed opponent, thats illegal.

Whilst they also know keep you rhands up at all times and punch when given instructions to. Mayweather was given instructions to fight, he did what teh referee allowed. he broke no rules.

How, moron? Dirrel was in a illegal position. A position that every fighter is told to never take advantage of. You can't even compare the two. Hitting downed opponents is illegal, that's a fact.

Hitting opponents because their guard is down when the refere tells you to fight is NOT illegal. Two different circumstances. Get real.

Dirrel got what his ***** ass deserved anyway, all that acting. But I'm not going to sit here and act like it was the same situation either.

                  He should've been protecting himself.

Wasn't AA's fault he slipped. Time was in. He got decked.

And the ref wasn't breaking him. Is AA supposed to wait for him and show good sportsmanship? I see *****'s claim that sportsmanship has no place in boxing now.

I guess that means they don't mind if Pacquiao refuses drug testing, since sportsmanship is no longer to be expected.

Leave this thread now. I'm done with you.

                    Nice try, Jacky.

I know you hate Floyd but last night was on Victor.

How is acting like your accepting an apology and hitting someone on the ground even remotely alike?
