Floyd was sneaky and tricky and underhanded, but not technically illegal. I don't know if I would have counted Ortiz out or deducted a point from Floyd, but it's not apples to apples. Not the same circumstances or even close. Fighters know to NOT hit a downed opponent, thats illegal.

Whilst they also know keep you rhands up at all times and punch when given instructions to. Mayweather was given instructions to fight, he did what teh referee allowed. he broke no rules.
