he looked fantastic , very sharp. Light on his feet , great handspeed , that straight right was landing all night long.

You better go back and have a look what your calling tagging lol , Floyd hardly got grazed go and look nothing connects , thats why Vic kept throwing his head , he was falling apart and was steadily being broken down .Comment

Did you notice Floyd kept defaulting back into philly shell and then would change back to both hands up, he needs to fight more regularly to keep sharp. He looked more aggressive, but there were a few times he got caught because of it. This "new" style actually favors Pacquiao a bit more than his more defensive style IMO. That's not to say he was neglecting his defense today, far from it. But Pac likes to **** and we'll gladly welcome an aggressive Floyd.
His legs did look sluggish again, like in the mosley fight and there were times that it looked like Floyd was stumbling a little bit (not as fluid as say, in the Marquez fight)Comment

Lampley was extremely biased. Ortiz landed a couple shots, ntohing majory clean, but from his reaction he was making it seem like Ortiz was winning rounds. Ortiz was missing more than landing. Mayweather would have stopped him in the second half of the fight, no doubts about it.Comment

Watching floyd get hit with lead right hooks on the temple over the top of that shoulder roll, and watching him get tagged and shifted around on the ropes...all the while obviously looking very uncomfortable, tells me that his legs really have lost a step. I don't see how mayweathers current day activity in the ring would be enough to stop a 12 round onslaught of southpaw pacquiao punches, unless he completely outclasses/outboxes pacquiao from the start. And I just can't see him doing that standing infront of pacquiao in the philly shell stance all night.Comment

Yup, his legs are shot and he seemed a hair slower than he did against Mosley (handspeed). Pacquiao tap dances on him and turns him all day if they are in the center of the ring, if he gets cornered on the ropes Pac drills him with straight shots down the middle no looping sloppy punches like Ortiz (even though some landed). And if he comes forward looking to fight he gets KTFO.
He is wise to avoid that fight. Rematch with Ortiz is better than being laid out in the ring in front of the whole world.Comment
