Bro, Ortiz did a cheap shot with the head-butt; Fraud also did a cheap shot by sucker punching Ortiz (ala Mosley fight) - the difference is Fraud made sure that his "cheap-shot" count (by KO'ing Ortiz) when the ref wasn't looking. And if review the replay, Cortez's attention was outside of the ring talking to the time keeper, he never said "box" or "let's go. If you look on the replay Cortez was shocked to see Ortiz get punched.
