Cortez was confused by the god damn time keeper and clearly never indicated to the fighters that the fight was restarting.

Cortez stating "lets go" in the middle of the ring with both fighters, would indicate to continue the fight. Not sure what other language you need to that to be translated to.

Joe Cortez said "LETS GO" Ortiz had his hands AFTER that fact. In my opinion. I wish that the fight ended differently and lasted a little longer but let me ask you a question. Ortiz was getting his ass taxed for 4 rounds and out of confusion and sheer frustration he head butted Money May, than after COrtez took a point away, Victoria started playing kissy face and huggy huggy with Floyd.. Oh and NEWSFLASH you Floyd Haters when a ref says FIGHT that means ur supposed to PRTOECT URSELF AT ALL TIMES... so after instructions for Cortez to FIGHT, well we all know what happened...SLeepy Time for Victoria...zzzzzzzzz...Regardless, it was just a matter of time for the fight to get stopped, Floyd was landing punches with his right hand AT WILL all night long, I think at one point I counted 4 to 5 in a row and counter punching beautifully...So funny Danny Garcia asking the ref to watch for Floyd's elbows but it was his own pupil who was the dirty fighter... Well I'm pretty sure the phrase is box followed by a clear signal (hand motion) to the fighters that the fight is resuming. Instead Cortez is talking, to who knows, and says time in while looking at the refs. He has no focus on the fighters and is clearly not ready to resume the fight.

what shots maybe a shot but hw wasn't landing anything he was trying to do a ODLH move and that is throw punches at the end and try to steal the round
