floyd was open for a straight left all night

      another cherrypicked opponent by floyd
Your first two lines are half true, but Ortiz's best punch is his right hook. Your next two lines are bull****. Floyd was blocking his straight left and shrugging off his jab as if it was nothing.

If he was pissed, and didn't want the apology then pu your hands up and start punching. don't fakely accept the apology, and take a cheap shot.
because they are fans. It's called blind loyalty. The ability compartmentalize contradicting ideas/situations/events in the mind in order to justify action. A rational non biased person would view the result of the fight as thus:
        - ortiz fouled mayweather, deserved point deduction
        - Mayweather sucker punched ortiz to a knockout
        - Mayweather won under the rules of boxing.
        - Legit and legal win, however, Mayweather violated ring ettiquette thus the ko seems like an unfair/dirty ko.

        conclusions
        -Mayweather is an ******
        -Ortiz is a dumb@ass

        • Mayweather is the biggest coward of all! I can't believe he would resort to sucker punching ortiz like that. If your truly the p4p great, why would you want to win by taking a cheap shot when your opponent isnt ready.
Atg wouldnt do that. This fight does nothing for mayweathers legacy but expose him as a desperate and coward fighter. Where is the HONOR of WINNING?

            • Great performance by Mayweather, Ortiz did a cheap move and so did Mayweather yeh it was legal but it was basically sucker punches. The fight was actually good till that point shouldn't have ended like that but that's what happened.

              • Mayweather owes the people who paid to see the fight at the MGM or on PPV a refund.

Maidana did the same **** to Khan in the first round for no reason, yet you look like your proud of him and got him in the display pic...
Khan was obviously alert, while Ortiz was obviously not. But that's what Ortiz gets for having a hollow brain. He can go spend his hard earned cash from the fans now.

                  • LMAO

I was laughing so hard watching the fight. It was pure comedy with three clowns playing their parts very well. The fight was like watching the new 3 stooges with Floyd playing the role of Moe, Victor as Curly and Cortez as Larry.

                    It's comedy at its finest.

WTF are you talking about? That logic applies to everything then. Basically you just excused every foul in boxing ever as long as you deal with the consequences.

No where in the rule books does it say if you're fouled you get to foul your opponent.
