Everything Floyd just said is 100% on the money. Cotto and Hatton sitting ringside for the Gatti fight were like John Saxon (who played Roper) & Jim Kelly (who played Williams) from that scene in Enter the Dragon after Bruce's character Fu**s up O'Hara----> looking at each other thinking wft just happened, and wtf did we just see . Bruseles was Cotto's sparring partner and he mentioned how well prepared, strong etc Bruseles was and how good sparring was. Must have been a shock for Cotto to see Bruseles get toyed with. Cotto's chin was very shaky in the 140 division also.....it got alot better when he moved up.

Floyd has fought 2 undefeated fighters and 5 fighters with 1 loss.

Floyd fights more "leftovers" than Manny does.

Floyd has fought and beat more lineal and current champions than Pacquiao, his reign of supremacy is twice as long as Pacquiao's, and he's never lost.

Floyd also dismantled and shut down the last known fighter (JMM) to give Pacquiao a lot problems (2X) to say the least. He also dismantled and shut down the very last fighter Pacquiao hand selected yet again. Talking about "left overs", since 2008, Pac has been the left over king and the P4P catchweight contender!

But hey we can bash on Floyd fighting JMM in a disrespectful manner if it makes you feel any better! That was a shyt fight. Pac better try and "out-do" Floyd again by playing "copy cat" at WW vs a LW!

Cotto was a world champion at 140 when Mayweather called him out. by the time a fighter becomes a World champion, he is no longer green. So, you are saying that it was okay for Cotto to dogde Mayweather at 140, but it was not okay for Mayweather to refuse to fight Cotto at 147.

Finally, a Pac worshippers admits what I have been saying for years: to you clowns, it doesn't matter what happens or what the facts are, Mayweather is always wrong.

Another sad note about this whole situation is that these alleged boxing journalists either knew about it already and didn't report it or should have known about it if they were truly doing their jobs and not simply printing what the promoters gave them.

Floyd fought Zab Judah first. Zab had to low blow Floyd to get out of a beat down by Floyd and Cotto got his mouth busted and had to low blow Zab twice. Cotto edged by Mosley as well. Wasn't nothing dominate Cotto did against Mosley. I give it to Cotto but some still say Mosley should have won. By the way, you are not representing that AVI at all. Shark ass biter.

Floyd retired twice since moving up to WW and he still was rated number 1 in the division while Manny was active fighting at 145/47. The only reason Floyd lost the number 1 slot at WW is because he wasn't fighting and then Pac got it. Mosley was number 1 and Ortiz is number 3.

What were Oscar/Cotto/Clottey/Mosley at WW when Pac fought them? Honestly, Pac has been maneuvered through the media to be great while Floyd is considered great hands down.

Pretty DUMB and BIAS logic. So your saying that it was ok for Cotto to duck Floyd in 05 EVENTHOUGH Cotto was the defending WBO, Junior Welterweight champion since 04 because according to you he was "green" but all of a sudden years later. Floyd was ducking him? Floyd moved up from 135 to 140 where Cotto was a champion successfully defending his title. Wouldn't that make Floyd too good for Cotto? Considering Floyd had to wait for this dude to get better while Floyd already was on an elite level? You guys.

I remember that. Cotto didn't even want to look in the camera when it was in his face because he was so caught up in the fight and Hatton was looking dumb ass hell drinking a bottle of water all nervous. BOTH of them were there because they were next up to fight Floyd and BOTH opted not to. Even Jim Lampley said when he was covering the Gatti fight that Cotto was next in line for a fight with Floyd but he should fall back. This is on video at the Gatti fight. Floyd ain't lying.

This statement only makes sense to a *******. However, it supports what I said in an earlier post on this thread: Regardless of what the facts say and regardless of the situation, in the eyes of *******s, Mayweather is always wrong!

Yes, Cotto was green in 2004. He had his first pro fight in 2001. He won his first world title in September of 2004. And it was a vacant title. You can compare him to what Ortiz is now, a champion but still barely tested.That's how he was when Floyd wanted him in 2005.

Floyd on the other hand made his pro debut in 1996 and won his first world title in 1998, six year ahead of Cotto. 2005 was probably in his peak years while Cotto was just starting to make his mark.

Two years later, in 2007, after winning against Shane and before his fight with Gomez, Cotto felt he was ready for Floyd and made this clear in his interview with Scoop Malinowski in 2/26/08. Floyd, however, decided to retire again and left behind several unfinished businesses like the rematch with DLH and fights with any of the threats in the hottest division at that time (Cotto, Margo, Williams, Clottey and Shane).
