Floyd most definitely ducked Margarito and he even came out and said it after Margarito was caught with the loaded wraps. But people just use that as an excuse just to hate on Floyd knowing that they would have never given him the credit of beating Margarito. He was and still is a high risk low reward fighter, unless you are Miguel Cotto.
Are you ******ed? Questionable win over Mosley? It was a Unanimous decision yet you say questionable? Did you even watch the fight? http://sports.yahoo.com/box/news?slu...tomosley111007 . Read that article and get a clue idiot.

We didn't see Pac fight Cotto before he was destroyed by Margarito.

We didn't see Pac fight Margarito before he was destroyed by Mosley.

We didn't see Pac fight Mosley before he was technically broke down by Floyd and labled as broke and just "too old" rather than "too good".

An Ortiz win for Floyd is greater than a Clottey/Margarito/Mosley win for Pac!

          • quiet floyd. everyone knows you are a liar and no one thinks bruseles fights like cotto. bruseles was another cherry picked opponent. maybe cotto didn't want to fight you in 2005 because he was green but in 2006 you demanded 10 million to face cotto when your previous career high was 5 million(price yourself out much?). then when cotto moved up to welterweight you made up comical excuses to avoid the fight including he lives too far away, he's not the CEO of his own company, and he's not a ppv star. you even retired when a cotto fight was the biggest in boxing only to return after his defeat. giving you the benefit of the doubt you wanted to fight cotto for about a year then he became too dangerous for you.

Kostya tsyzu is another fighter pbf was calling out and gunning for but the loss to hatton blew that one up in smoke.

Real boxing fans remember all this despite the revisionist history
I have been saying this for the last three years. This is one of the reasons why Floyd dumped Arum. Unfortunately, the ******ed Pac worshippers will continue to believe what they want to believe -- namely that Floyd ducked Cotto at 147. Here's another little known fact that the haters and the Pac worshippers will deny until hell freezes over. Floyd also asked for a fight against Hatton at 140 before Floyd fought Chop Chop Corley. Hatton's promoter said no way because, according to the promoter, Hatton wasn't ready. Hatton had 32 fights under his belt at the time, all at 140. That would have been Floyd's first fight at 140.

Floyd called out Kosyta Tsyzu before Tsyzu fought Hatton. If Tsyzu had accepted the fight, Floyd probably would have never fought Gatti and the haters on this site would be claiming that he dodged Gatti.

Manny has fought 7 undefeated fighters. He also fought 8 fighters with one loss.

Floyd has fought 2 undefeated fighters and 5 fighters with 1 loss.

Floyd fights more "leftovers" than Manny does.

Cotto was a world champion at 140 when Mayweather called him out. by the time a fighter becomes a World champion, he is no longer green. So, you are saying that it was okay for Cotto to dogde Mayweather at 140, but it was not okay for Mayweather to refuse to fight Cotto at 147.

Finally, a Pac worshippers admits what I have been saying for years: to you clowns, it doesn't matter what happens or what the facts are, Mayweather is always wrong.

Another sad note about this whole situation is that these alleged boxing journalists either knew about it already and didn't report it or should have known about it if they were truly doing their jobs and not simply printing what the promoters gave them.

this is boxing. everything is always wrong. cotto possibly ducked mayweather for a very small period in 2005 but floyd ducked him for 4 plus years. of course mayweather is more in the wrong. cotto was just a good fighter with potential in 2005 but in 2006-2009 he was a superstar and floyd didn't want to fight him. so obviously floyd wanted to get cotto when he was green but not when he was prime. pretty simple logic to follow.
