if you guys remember your boxing history you'll recall a month after the bruceles fight cotto getting hurt badly against corley. THIS SCARED ARUM and the mayweather-cotto fight was put on hold... then a few months after that Cotto was again on ***** street vs c-level Ricardo Torres.

Arum wasn't going to put his next "Star" against PBF at that point.

For those who say Cotto never called him out you're partially right but when asked about Floyd Cotto responded that Floyd was a fighter who avoided the tough fights and that he was available to fight all the big names in boxing.
