But what about 2008 after Cotto beat Mosley and Floyd beat Hatton? HBO was talking about it like an unofficial Welterweight tournament. That's when the fight SHOULD have happened. I'm not saying Floyd ducked Cotto cause I don't believe that, but that's when that fight was a mega fight and Cotto/TR definitely wanted it then.
