For the third time in four contests, 32-year old Tanzanian Rogers Mtagwa (27-15-3, 19 KO) of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania fell short in a bid for a major title belt. Across the ring, 30-year old WBC Featherweight titlist Jhonny Gonzalez (50-7, 44 KO) of Mexico City, Mexico, celebrated his birthday, and the coming Mexican Independence Day, in style at the County Coliseum in El Paso, Texas on Thursday night. Gamboa vs Gonzalez would be a good fight on the undercard to Cotto vs Margarito doubt this happens though it's to much of a good fight not to be a main event.

I want him to stay in 126 bad too, i dont like rhe 130 division there is nothing there, but i think it might be a weight issue

I think Gamboa has an hbo date to headline injanuary so that wont happen, i hope they offer gonzalez a contract again and see if he accepts
