Can I buy Mayweather-Ortiz on Primetime without Sky digital?

I recently cancelled my subscription to Sky but still have the Sky set up where I can see what's on and use the free channels, but if I buy the fight will I still be able to watch it on Primetime without being subscribed?

I'm hesitant about buying it for three reasons anyway
1, Primetime have a history of airing fights with terrible youtube'esque quality
2, I want real commentary not primetime commentary
3, I don't want Primtime and Boxnation getting the impression that showing more PPV is a good thing

But I'm also afraid to watch it online since Adamek-Vitali died on me twice and I was stuck watching with German commentry, and that same night Gamboa-Ponce died with no replacment

Nope, you need the sky digital signal for the prime time channel to go through when ordered, so you need atleast sky's basic subscription for this.

            not true!
Primetime is independent from sky and as per most third party companies, does not require a sky subscription.
u need to register with them first (by telephone or online) then u can book the event by the remote if u have a telephone line connected or by phoning them or going to their website.
i must stress that u MUST register first otherwise u can set it to your planner or even sky+ it but all you'll get is a blue screen!
