Gamboa already announced that he's moving up to 130. And Jhonny turned down a fight with Yuri because he "wasn't happy with the financial offer". So Gonzalez chose to fight Rogers Mtagwa instead. He must have been offered so much more money to fight a 27-14 journeyman who lost his last two fights against Lopez and Gamboa.
