The photo is just at an angle that makes it look like his lips are wrapped around Ortiz's nose. In reality they came close but that didn't happen. It's just the camera perspective causing an illusion.

First you say it wasn't an article because an article can't be two sentences(genius)..you claimed they are just "reporting what they see".
