      He trained on the Thursday before the fight against SSM, and also 72 hours before the ODLH fight. He mentioned that he always does this to stay sharp. What amazes me is that he never seems to come in completely flat or overtrained.

              That's because that burning out shizz is a lie. If a guy stays in shape all year round training at say 80% of what he would do in training camp, your body adapts. This way, when you push yourself to 100% during a camp, your body can handle it because it's really nothing new. Most people let themselves go after a hard camp and have to start from scratch the next time around and that WILL wear you down.

              Excercising all year around with one or 2 days off a week will be plenty of rest to prevent any over working. But when you have to lose 30 pounds in 8 weeks and you haven't worked out in 3 months or longer, what do you think will happen? That lazy shizz is not for winners.
