Manny himself said he avoids blood testing because it would weaken him , also I heard he has been forcing contracts where the other boxer must agree to non blood tests. Pac is just like Margarito, a cheater, just more sophisticated.

You don't have contracts where it says an opponent must agree to "non-blood tests" etc.

You just don't mention it and since it's not in the contract it doesn't come up. I seriousy doubt whether ANY of Pacquiao's opponents would ever mention a blood test to him.
