Four years after being knocked over and utterly destroyed by Tyson, one of those "bums", as you call them, Larry Holmes, beat Ray Mercer, who went on to give a prime Lewis all the trouble he could handle.

Another of those "bums" had just beaten Holmes.

Another had recently won an Olympic Gold.

Bruno, Tubbs and Thomas would also be top 10 ranked fighters if they were fighting today.

And he won all his fights during those four years in extremely exciting style and showed superb and under-rated skills in doing so.

Are you seriously claiming that two wrongs make a right????

Which as I've already pointed out is completely meaningless. Jesse Owens, on that basis, wouldn't even be able to win a University race today, never mind an Olympics. But he is universally rated higher than any of today's runners, with the arguable exception of Bolt.

            Tyson is Vitali's worst nightmare.

Tyson had the defensive speed of Chris Byrd combined with the power of Lennox Lewis. Vitali would get mauled.
