When he fought him...at the twilight of his career, after a 16 month lay-off and back to back training camps. He gets credit for that fight, however, lets not get ******, that was an old, shop-worn to hell version of Mosley who was a year and a half past one last glorious ride.

Considering how he looked in that fight, and his next two...I'd have to say Berto should have been able to get him outta there if he didn't drop out, Shane was ripe for the picking, Floyd just got to him first.

i dont think so. pacquiao vs cotto was a true 50/50 fight going in. the only problem i had with that fight was 145lb BS. but even so, thats better than mayweathers win over mosley imo. mosley was close to 40 when mayweather beat him.

Cotto-had just lost to Margo and was given a vacant belt against-****ing Jennings

Mosley-was coming off 1 of the best wins of his career

you told me mayweather couldnt possibly fight martinez now because of mayweathers 16 month layoff. so tell me, how many months did mosley go inactive before the mayweather fight?

cotto also has a win over mosley.

Cotto was coming off beating Clottey. You can't just ignore a 16 month layoff for Mosley, especially how so many won't shut up about the same layoff for Mayweather.
