I'd love to see this fight, its the only one left out there of any interest. Sadly, I think Haye will remain true to his word and retire. If not, he will continue fighting easy opponents and trash talk against Vitali until Vitali shows signs of getting old, then Haye will fight him. I've lost all respect for Haye and everyone that doubted him from the beginning were absolutely right. Much props to the Klitschko's for dominating all these years. Vitali deserves a big pay day, I hope Haye fights him but I doubt it.

Haye absolutely stinks at heavyweight and has done NOTHING to earn that kind of payday, but run his mouth.

Starts of with the fight hype right here!

Then the fight gets signed, and we get a great build up!

Then come fight night, Haye does nothing for 12 round and lose a boring fight.

To be fair, he's got underrated head movement and very good timing on his power shots.

Haye's not been the most exciting heavyweight to put things mildly, but the worst he's done thus far is lose a lop sided decision to Wlad, which is about par for the course for Wlad opponents. I agree he doesn't deserve the payday based on recent events, but it's a fight that Vitali wants and a fight that will generate interest. For those reasons I wouldn't be averse to seeing it get made. I doubt Haye gets anywhere near the money he got last time anyway. How could he?

Haye does have fast hands and I will say he moves well. But other then that the rest his skills are way, way, way overrated. And when Wlad made him look amateurish it was just further proof of that fact.

Best thing about this is Vitali wants the fight to be in the UK, which means he really wants the fight to happen badly.

His pure boxing skills are very overrated and he has a terrible habit of lunging forward with wild looping shots that only his speed and power have thus far let him get away with. People picking him to outbox Wlad before the fight were smoking the good stuff, that's for sure. But both the Valuev and Wlad fights gave me a better picture as to the kind of things he does do well, namely avoiding big shots and choosing the right moments to land his own. His overall punch output is shockingly low, but the punches he lands generally have a bigger effect on his opponent that most fighters'.
