I'm still in doubt even this very moment if Floyd really want to Fight Manny. I feel Manny will take the test i wonder what will be Floyd next alibi or demand just to avoid the fight. Manny's legacy of coming up to higher weight is to fight Floyd, un lucky Floyd retire. And now his back to boxing with an alibi/demand for a certain test. Floyd was become 5 weights division Champ without that test. Is that mean that Floyd is on Roid at that time? Im in doubt on his record now?

I blame both fighters for this fight not happening up to this point. plaint and saimple, they're both being stobborn - Mayweather for thinkin he can implement his own rules and Pac for not just agreeing right away to take the test - especially considerin that in March '10, Mayweather even agred to a 14 day cutoff.
Also, no way Mayweather is "so scared" of Pac. Does he see more risk there, where he probably didn't see that much risk against his fights against Marquez and Mosely - yes. but, you dont become as great as Mayweather is - definitly one of the top lb 4 lb fighters over the past 25 yrs - by fearing any man.

Me too. I got an idea. Have him and manny do random urine and blood testing for every fight from now on, especially if they fight each other. You cool with that?

They both agreed to the random drug testing. The problem is that Manny has half of his training camp in the Phillipines and USADA doesn't leave the US. So Arum has agreed to WADA (World Anti-Doping Agency). WADA would not put their whole operation on the line just to lie for Manny. This is fair. But Floyd will use this (I only trust USADA) as his out. HE WILL NEVER FIGHT MANNY!!! He is afraid!!!

That isnt true. WADA works with USADA. They are not a testing agency. It doesn't work like that which is why Arum never followed up on this.
