No he didn't say this at that time he said this LATER, after Arum tried to revive the fight by starting new negotiations. He also said hat there would be no daily announcement,with the negotiations behind closed doors. These were the negotiations that Mayweather denied and Ross Greenburg attested to.

Well, I guess fight aint happening then. Floyd sticks to his strawman OST demand, and Pacquiao fights other guys and passes all Athletic Commission drug tests. Well just have to wait how history paints the two fighters.

Shane Mosley passed those tests too. Being a gentleman, good guy, and an ambassador for the sport doesn't mean you wont cheat by using PED's in a business where performance=$$$$. Don't forget that homeboy!
