Well considering the "issue" was "random OST with no negotiated cutoff" i think by manny saying its no longer an issue, it means its no longer a problem.

From what i recall, it was mayweather who wanted 14 days and then pac wanted 24.

That was where the negotiations fell apart. Pac then said he will accept the 14 day offer, but mayweather said "there have been no negotiations" despite hbo claim to the contrary.

Floyd said in the beginning or the Ortiz build up that "Pacquiao your next", then I saw a video posted on here when he said "I didn't said that" but this article is about Conan O Brien asking him if Pac agreed to the tests will he fight Pac and Floyd said "Absolutely" I'm guessing this is after the video because it was on the Conan O Brien show not too long ago. the question is: What is it about the usada test that makes it so much better than the current test? From the evidence posted in that article, the usada test does not have much success in detecting hgh anyway.

Even mayweathers olympic "style" blood testing can be prepared for by simply taking a year off and using steroids during that 1 year, then training while you are "clean"

THen just say that. In your posts, you hold floyd accountable based on what he said not what it could mean. Do the same for manny. Until he says I agree to random OST with no cutoff then he hasnt really agreed to anything.
