How could Bob Arum and Manny Pacquiao have agreed to random testing in a 2nd and 3rd negotiation(s) when the "not trusting USADA" argument has come up when Floyd came back? If they had no issues during the 2nd and 3rd negotiations when Floyd was away. Then why the issues now when he is back? If Floyd was holding up the fight like Arum and Pac said. Then why are they going on about having problems with the way the tests will get administered? Those are simple questions to answer. Also, why is Arum saying "We will not chase Mayweather for the fight" now that he is back BUT when Floyd was away. Arum said he was trying his hardest to make the fight but Floyd was being difficult? Pac said he agreed to the full testing when Floyd was away and wanted the fight but now when Floyd is back, he says "He is fine with his legacy and doesn't need Floyd"? I'm confused. Did Arum and Pac want the fight or don't they? Floyd Mayweather Jr just said on national television in front of everyone that if Manny Pacquiao agrees to the tests then he will absolutely fight him. How much more clearer can you be? What do you think Pac should do or say next?

This fight would have had happened a long time ago if Floyd really wanted to fight. As what Ross Greenburg had said, don't ask me on why the fight not happening. You have to ask Floyd on why the fight doesn't happen and why he simply doesn't want to fight.

With Pac's latest announcement about him agreeing to all Floyd's testing demands, in my opinion, I think It's Floyd's turn to call Pac's bluff and call Bob's/Pac's team to start the fight negotiations, and have their initiative witnessed and recorded by as many media people as possible.This is the best opportunity for Floyd to finally get this fight, and considering the huge pay and Pac being his easiest fight as he repeatedly said before, the more Floyd should grab this chance.

Just to comment on something said earlier. Pac used catchweights twice to fight BIGGER guys. Floyd used it once to fight a smaller guy and ignored the contract and came in 2 pounds over and weighed the same as he did against Mosley (146) and he didn't even bother to ask Hatton for a catchweight he just made him move all the way up. So *****s what were you saying about catchweights??? You got catch weights to fight BIGGER guys and you got catchweights to fight smaller guys (ignored) or fighting smaller guys that only move up to fight you... How many legit WW were around when Floyd fought Hatton a JWW at 147??? Cotto, Mosley, Williams, Margarito, Clottey.... From an analytical boxing stand point and comparing styles. Manny Pacquiao does not have the style to beat Floyd Mayweather Jr. That's just my opinion. I would say that Sergio Martinez is more a threat to Floyd then Pac is.

I agree with you on this. Pac simply doesn't have the style to beat Floyd Jr. In my opinion, Manny's chance is mainly anchored on his capability and capacity to "really" hurt Floyd. Once Floyd knows Manny's punches couldn't hurt him,his confidence will simply soar skyward and it will be a very ugly and embarrassing night for Pac. He will be countered silly all night long. But once Floyd knows Manny's punches could hurt or even knock him out, it will be a very entertaining fight. Floyd's will, resolve, and genius would be tested to the limit once the word "FEAR" is instilled in his heart and mind and his confidence diminished. And with this, Pac would even be more ferocious.
