That alone says that Bob Arum is using Manny Pacquiao to make some cash and rightfully so because he is Pac's promoter and must produce but at the end of the day, people can't act like Pac fights have been competitive because Arum himself has said that they haven't and was purely entertainment. Bob Arum may fool alot of people but not me and I think it is insulting how he has been able to manipulate the media to believe something that he is not willing to stand by. Just a couple of days ago in an article Arum said that "they will not chase Mayweather for the fight" but when Mayweather was semi retired.

All Bob Arum and team talked about was how Floyd turned down the fight during the 2nd and 3rd negotiations and how it was a priority for them to make the fight but now it's not? Pac said during every fight when Floyd was gone that Mayweather is scared, he agreed to the testing, etc, etc...... but now he says "I'm satisfied with my career and don't need Mayweather"? Were they trying to make the fight or not? Have to ask yourself if Bob and Pac are not really interested in chasing or fighting Floyd then, were there really a 2nd or 3rd negotiations? If bob or Pac are not trusting the USADA to do the testing or want WADA to be involved. Did Pacquiao really agree to the tests prior to Bob saying this? I mean, we have been waiting for this fight for YEARS! So this is serious.

PEOPLE stop letting the BS cloud your judgement. We want the fight but it hasn't happened due to some personal agenda's and not in the best interest of the fans of the sport that make these fighters and promoters wealthy? Call me a ***** or whatever but stepping back and looking in. Bob Arum is mostly to blame for this fight not happening. Floyd is to blame for wanting stricter tests for his opponents but what's wrong with taking tests ESPECIALLY since he has and is going to take them himself and that's the point I think most people are missing. How can he accuse Pac if he agreed to taking them himself? This has to stop! Why argue and debate about this if no one can agree and find closure? This is ridiculous.
As you mentioned, Pac's camp tried in the 2nd and 3rd negotiations but Floyd turned it down. Why would they keep trying to chase someone who, according to Ellerbe in an interview, are not talking to them? To keep chasing someone who refuses to even talk to you would be downright ******.

How could Bob Arum and Manny Pacquiao have agreed to random testing in a 2nd and 3rd negotiation(s) when the "not trusting USADA" argument has come up when Floyd came back? If they had no issues during the 2nd and 3rd negotiations when Floyd was away. Then why the issues now when he is back? If Floyd was holding up the fight like Arum and Pac said. Then why are they going on about having problems with the way the tests will get administered? Those are simple questions to answer. Also, why is Arum saying "We will not chase Mayweather for the fight" now that he is back BUT when Floyd was away. Arum said he was trying his hardest to make the fight but Floyd was being difficult? Pac said he agreed to the full testing when Floyd was away and wanted the fight but now when Floyd is back, he says "He is fine with his legacy and doesn't need Floyd"? I'm confused. Did Arum and Pac want the fight or don't they? Floyd Mayweather Jr just said on national television in front of everyone that if Manny Pacquiao agrees to the tests then he will absolutely fight him. How much more clearer can you be? What do you think Pac should do or say next?

Look at Floyd, the bigger and better man (imo) askin the smaller man for an additional drug test...

Floyd knows for once that he has a high chance of losing his undefeated record to a legitimate contender and to protect this - ask for unnecessary additional drug test...

I though there's no blueprint to beat Floyd Mayweather?

From an analytical boxing stand point and comparing styles. Manny Pacquiao does not have the style to beat Floyd Mayweather Jr. That's just my opinion. I would say that Sergio Martinez is more a threat to Floyd then Pac is.

and according to your twisted *****-logic, these guys are fscking pu$$ies because they are fighting without OST.. and wouldn't you know it, these guys are fighting on the floyd-ortiz undercard.. with floyd as the main event.. and they're not going through OST.. why the hell NOT?

and only *****'s and the master ***** himself is going to believe that USADA's not biased when it comes to floyd and pac.. hahaha.. floyd's 'attack dog' when he started his 'poochia's on ped or something' crusade.. the same agency that hails floyd as the 'white knight' of boxing and everybody else's sh|t... hahahah.. yeah right, they are not biased all..

OSDT is not free nor cheap, or other fighters would be doing it in a heart beat.

Marquez has been studying Pacquiao's every move since their rematch. When discussing Pacquiao's recent record of big wins, he ripped every single victory from the last two years.

"I have studied Pacquiao, and if you take a look, all of his recent opponents have the same characteristics. They all come forward, and those are the kind that he prefers. Likewise, those who promote him have managed to always give him the ideal opponents," Marquez said.

"I'll begin with Ricky Hatton, who was knocked out by Floyd Mayweather. He fought Oscar De La Hoya, who in ten years had not gone down to welterweight. Then Miguel Cotto, who got beat by Antonio Margarito. He beat Marco Antonio Barrera, who lost to me. He fought Joshua Clottey, who can't punch. And now he battered Margarito, who had been knocked out by Shane Mosley, and only had a single fight in almost two years."
The level of your ******ity is simply incredible. I don't know whether you are simply acting ****** or you're indeed a 12 year old moron.

So you mean to say Marquez could fight the likes of de la Hoya, Haton, Cotto, Clottey, Margarito and Mosley in SUCCESSION and not only beat them but DESTROY them MUCH WORSE than Manny did to them?

I would rather remain silent and let them doubt me as a fool than open my mouth and remove all doubts.

WOW, SIMPLY WOW on these new breeds of Floydiots.

                      Hahahah so true.

When Manny agreed to 14 days cut-off Floyd moved it to 7.

When Manny agreed to 7 days cut-off Floyd moved it to 0 days, no cut-off.

When Manny agreed to 0 days no cut-off, Floyd went to vacation.

So fu@$#%#^n hilarious. Yet Floydiots kept on shouting to the heavens blaming Pac for the fight not happening.

Yes this time he will fight someone else once Pac is tested.
