Well, given mayweather's 1 year vacation, yes - he knows he will be randomly tested in a certain time frame. All one would have to do is make sure they get all the steroids out of their system by the time that time frame starts, whilst using the whole year prior to that to roid up.

I agree mayweather could be using drugs. I got a crazy idea. Lets have the winners of may/ortiz and pac/jmm fight. Let the commission do random ODT of blood and urine from the day the fight is announced. No negotiated cutoff. That sound good to you?

In most cases, I would be lying - but for $40 million dollars, no there's a lot of things I'd be willing to compromise on for that amount of money.

First off - all the urine tests are random anyway - so the only issue is blood tests. So, what specific drugs are blood tested in usada and not in the regular commision. (This is all hypothetical of course, given that pac has now agreed to random blood testing)

Manny has not said he has agreed to full random OST blood and urine testing nor has he signed a contract to that effect. To say anything otherwise is simply a lie.

I believe floyd said prior to the Mosley fight that all of his future fights will have random OST for BOTH he and his opponent. You want the big payday, take the test. Seems fair.
