The thing is that pac has now agreed to unlimited blood testing.
Honestly, i think mayweather never wanted this from the stat. I recall in an interview (before 2009) he said that if he were to fight pacquiao the key problem would be that he had to make more money and there was no way he would accept a 50/50 split. I was quite surprised to hear that he immediately accepted the 50/50 split - and it seemed quite su****ious to me that someone who took such a thorough stance on it just gave up so easily?
Also, please read that interview from 2009 with someone close to the mayweather promoters who on interview said he was 100% positive the fight would never happen.

If Mayweather Team are really serious about their accusation why can't they file FORMAL complaints before the USA Boxing Authorities?
Why Can't Mayweather appear personally inside Court?
Don't know that this is plausible. Why does floyd have to do it your way to be serious? He isn't going into court because he ispaying his lawyers to their. This is a deposition, not a criminal trial.
@toyman
Manny refused the 14 day cutoff compromise offered by floyd after refusing the 24 day compromise offer. FLoyd's refusal to re offer the compromise seems to be a reaction to manny's refusal of a compromise. If you were floyd, would you re offer a compromise after being told to **** off? I think you wouldn't

the question is: What is it about the usada test that makes it so much better than the current test? From the evidence posted in that article, the usada test does not have much success in detecting hgh anyway.
Even mayweathers olympic "style" blood testing can be prepared for by simply taking a year off and using steroids during that 1 year, then training while you are "clean"

But Floyd will use this (I only trust USADA) as his out. HE WILL NEVER FIGHT MANNY!!! He is afraid!!!

From what i recall, it was mayweather who wanted 14 days and then pac wanted 24.
That was where the negotiations fell apart. Pac then said he will accept the 14 day offer, but mayweather said "there have been no negotiations" despite hbo claim to the contrary.
