thats not true at all...after he beat Mosley..he was the #1 ww and manny only became #1 cause floyd was inactive..before the mosley fight they moves shane to #3 due to inactivity and manny was #1..but after the fight floyd was #1

and he should be over the last 2 years hes fought less often, yes, but he would have had the better ww resume.

Possibly. They made him #1 after beating Mosley, though Mosley was #2 and Floyd was #3 at the time. Ortiz is #3 and Floyd isn't ranked, so I'm not sure.
