Anyone that thinks these guys are serious when they trash talk is an idiot. You have to play the game so you can hype up the fight. Personally, i don't think Ortiz will win. He's a tough young fighter with promise but he hasn't done enough yet and Berto isn't Mayweather. I'm not saying he doesn't have a chance because anything can happen and Mayweather has been gone for so long but what makes people think Ortiz really has a great chance for the upset? I mean, he looked very good against Berto but it went 12 rounds and if Berto can go 12 rounds then Mayweather can go 12 rounds. And as good as Ortiz is, he doesn't have 1 punch knockout power so he'll have to connect with lots of combinations against one of the best defensive fighters ever.

Mayweather will fight the same against Ortiz. Is not like He doesn't talk trash before a fight and most contenders will talk back. Ortiz hasn't desrespected Floyd in any way, so IMO He will fight the same fight regardless.

This is exactly what people dont realize about Floyd. His temperment! You may think that his beef with his pops is crazy, But Gatti (RIP) told Floyd that he had a fragile chin like his father, Floyd was visibly angry and told Gatti that he was going to punish him for that.
