They more or less threw the same amount of punches...only Haye was fighting a defensive fighter...while Adamek was fighting a guy who kept his hands by his knees/looked like he was only trying 70%.......

Not at all for a start Wladimir is not Vitali. If Haye fights Vitali his punch output will more than likely be even lower & I doubt very much no matter how much he runs he'll be concious to see round 10.

He threw more in 2 rounds less against what I'd class as the better brother. Though it was hard to watch because it was so one sided he did more than Haye IMO

And unlike Haye he didn't stalk the guy for 3 years being a disrespectful moron & saying harsh crap he was unable to back up & come out with pathetic excuses & start throwing himself on the canvas like a baby having a tantrum.

The difference in their punch output is negligible.

People seem to get more caught up in what goes on before the fight than what actually happens in the ring.

Haye obviously did better than adamek.

The haye fight was close, i say that meaning wlad didnt take many risks and they both landed some big shots...but to beat a champion you need to win convincingly & hayes punch output was nothing near what it should of been.

Haye needs to take chances to win period.

I haven't seen the fight since it aired live, but I'm pretty sure at the beginning of the 12th round Haye landed an overhand right that had Wlad holding on for life. There was a couple times also in the mid rounds when he caught him and wobbled him.

Adamek didn't do much. He wasn't active and he didn't land anything. Arreola put up a better fight vs Vitali.

The difference between hayes fight and adameks is... haye had much better defence and footwork.. hayes head movement was incredible- adameks was non existent.. hayes footwork was above average.. adameks was poor.. that's the reason adamek got ko d and haye didn't.. haye had a much better defence. ( obviously because of vitali being more aggresive as well)

So don't be saying it's because adamek took chances and haye didn't. In fact haye threw more power punches and took more chances than adamek (still not enough)

Anyone who disagrees, it'd be intersting to see the punchstats.. pretty sure haye threw more than adamek did.
