Vazquez Jr is not the best from PR, as a matter of fact PR has a bunch of overrated boxers. Calderon always got away with wins by fighting 6 rds and then getting "headbutted". Cotto got massacred by Margarito, with or without illegal wraps, just like he'll get stopped on 12/3. Vazquez Jr got put with a bunch of nobodys and got a puerto rican belt, when he got in the ring with a warrior he got massacred too. Luis Cruz and any other "undefeated" product from PR is going to end up nowhere just with a WBO belt that was given to them.

Luis Cruz would be too much for Martinez. Personally I think that the supposed injury was fake. It was just an excuse to avoid a humiliating loss at a prospect's hands.
