I think its because Floyd is afraid of someone seeing him get dropped on his azz or dazed (something we've never seen during a fight). Thats what I've thought for some time now.

because in sparring you work on stuff. If he's doing 12 minute rounds i'm sure he does a lot of slipping or rope sitting. nothing wrong with that, might be working on defense. The fools on the internet will automatically say he was getting his ass beat. Sparring and fighting are 2 different things. In sparring the guy could have just finished a 6 mile run right before he hopped in.

Look when Pacquiao went in with jose Benevidez. He clearly took it easy on him and let the kid wail away. Well there was enough dumbasses saying benevidez would beat his ass.
