I remember when someone posted a video like this staring Paul Williams before the Martinez rematch. He was doing wheelbarrow runs like you see on a primary school playing field, running up and down stairs on all fours and all sorts of weird things. Everyone was saying 'wow - Williams is a beast this is amazing, etc, etc'.
