said it before and ill say it again, Marg's will win this fight. The only way Cotto is walking out with the W is to tie that man up with the ropes.
    Fixed it for you.

Looks like he's doing Crossfit exercises now. Does he have a new conditioning coach?

Box jumps, ring pushups, walking lunges, 70lbs. kettle bell swings... that's all cross fit stuff.

He's training early for multiple reasons. The new thing in fitness now is the sodium cleanse. I've done it multiple times before bouts and before meets/tourneys in HS.

He probably walks around 180+ of water and sodium, the idea is to at least walk around 165-175 of Muscle/water/salt. About 6-10lbs of water/salt and the rest being abcess fat that he will strip off his frame to make weight. This will make sure he keeps whatever strength he has at 175.

Although on "roids", Mosley used this method of training. Walking around around 165-170 he was benching over 350lbs, big feat considering his size. He'd maintain the strength going into a fight.

This is a method of power, probably something new Margaritos team is doing as he's been known for endurance and accumulation, not power. Arizas method of training is simular, but it's for muscle endurance instead of maximum strength. Though weaker overall, they keep their strength going late thus making them stronger in the long run. I guess the idea is get his strength out of the way now, so they can handle endurance/technique/tactics during camp, and whatever else comes with their usual camp.

Seems they really want to get rid of any skeptics there may be about the first cotto fight. I'm definitely interested. Hope he doesn't overtrain.

Exactly is just Sep. He can easy get overtrain. You can not be training that hard with almost 4 month left before the fight .
