I've been to the fights in Mexico and it's pretty intimidating for the outsider. Hardly worth the risk for a few extra grand. The crowd is scary....

God forbid that Vanes have to do something scary. It's not like he's supposed to be a fighter or anything.

A career-high payday with the Ginger being lined up for him if he wins.....again I ask, what more can you ask for when you're on the level of a Vanes Martirosyan?

Good point. Angulo would never do it. boxing is complicated enough as it is to get everyone to agree on a fight and show up.

But this is a good fight, if you know Vanes and his people you should try to make this in L.A. Both guys can bring in their respective fan bases and the fight will be good because both guys come to fight.

I don't think neither is afraid because they're both legit pro's. The only one who is making a mockery of the sport here is Canelo and his people.

Have the second professional fight in Armenian soil? Have the fight televised at what? 2 in the afternoon? No money their bro...Unless Vanes was a superstar and an elite fighter with a PROVEN history to be entertaining vs top opposition in his division then i don't see HBO pulling what they did with klitschko yesterday....NO MONEY with vanes...NO money in armenia...and NO way HBO goes over their. I'm sorry but that comment was just ****** dude...

showtime went to mexico for Valero...HBO went to mexico for Alvarez...and HBO will go to mexico for angulo because he's a draw and an exciting fighter that has proven he's entertaining in the past...

And angulo was sick when he lost to Cintron...who cares...an L is an L. These two guys are past those losses and have moved on to better things.
