    what is going on here? i thought floyd is the cash cow of boxing?

    embarassing that 1 week before the fight there are still tickets available while pacquiao-marquez, 2 months away is sold out.

          Wait until the PPV numbers come out for these fights. I think Mayweather vs. Ortiz might break 1.5 million especially with Canelo Alvarez and Erik Morales on the card. I see Pacquiao vs. Marquez doing about 1.4 million.

              I think they dropped the ball as far as the promotion for Floyd/Ortiz went. Aside from 24/7, I dont see any other type of marketing for this fight. Outside the boxing forums and talk amongst diehard boxing fans, there's very little buzz. I saw more advertisement for Khan/Judah than I am for this fight. Fight will still do good numbers though.
