I agree with nonito also canelo should be a big star in a couple of years as long as he keeps beating the bums that are being put in front of him.

if i had to bet, it'd be Khan, but odds are he gets sparked sooner rather than later.
Great Statement. You need to attract the casual fans to become a superstar to the general public. Gamboa and Donaire are already massive names in the Boxing world and can make good money with that but if they want to have that crossover appeal they need to face someone who already has that. Thats why I think Khan maybe he already has a major fan following in England and may have the chance of fighting Mayweather.

it will take a lot of work

          he's very small

average people don't want to hear about a great boxer who is 118, 126 lbs

          they think its less significant

he'd need to be in some great fights and keep knocking people out like he has been

i wouldn't put it past him, though
he's the best young fighter in the game who is in his prime and already at the top

This guy has it all. Excellent skills, one shot KO power, and and all around exciting fighter. He's well spoken and has charisma. I'm saying it now. In 2-3 years time, Donaire is going to be boxing's top dog superstar. I dont see anyone else with that type of potential once both Pac and Floyd steps down. Donaire's only downfall is his wife. She seems to get too involved in his business and can be a real distraction.
He is one of my top three favorite fighter but he does have hand problems that might re-surface

The only problem I have with Gamboa is that he's too hyper. He's so focused on imposing his will on his opponents that he tends to leave himself open at times. If he was to slightly tame his aggression, he could possibly be unstoppable. One hell of an exciting fighter though! Cant wait till tonight!
True statements. But it's that kind of aggression that people love and understand. As long as nobody takes decisive advantage of Gamboa's weaknesses, it's all good.

As for Nonito: He's very polished. He has that combination of speed, coordination and power that's a pleasure to watch. He's tall enough to carry weight, but it remains to be seen if his frame can handle it.

Frankly, I just want to see some new superstars. Floyd barely fights and Manny only has Floyd left to fight (as far as I'm concerned).
