cotto is not the best at 154 lbs... realistically, he should go back to 147 lbs.

Hard to say. Since he entered the division, he has refused to fight a live opponent. His fight coming up will be his 2nd consecutive fight against a shot fighter. Mayorga hadn't won a meaningful fight @ 154 in over half a decade. And Margarito has NEVER won a meaningful fight in the division. Fights like these make it hard to gauge where he stands when compared to the other top 154 lb'ers.

He definitely hasn't earned his #1 spot in the division given to him by the RING as of right now.
