Why bring 50 year olds into the question. 35 is still young.

As long as your head is in the game and your smart you can still be winning titles into your early 40s.

You may believe that but the numbers say at 35, you're likely to fade.

You gonna believe this b!tch ass hater who thought Paul Williams is going to big someday?

Seriously give me a reason why Ortiz has chance. No way in hell he is going to outboxfloyd or KO floyd. If Ortiz couldnt KO Lamont or Campbell what makes you think he can ko floyd who is very illusive and may I add a full blown WelterWeight?

Ray Robinson took alot more punishment in his career than Mayweather and Hopkins combined.

          Just throwing that out there.

I think that 35 a certain type of skill set fades (physical) but it can be replaced by another (ring smarts/experience).

As time goes on I believe we're going to be seeing more and more fighters like Hopkins and Vitali where they are excelling even at older ages. The hardest thing for people to break are limits that they have set against themselves. Thanks to Foreman, Hopkins, Martinez etc, these limits are slowly going to melt away.

Jersey Joe Walcott didn't win a Title until he was 37.

The Robinson comparison, maybe. But you can't say that in general for others. Floyd's been in the gym since he was three. he's had many more fights than the average pug. Plus...it's just natural. Fighters start to lose it at this stage. He's already started, actually.

Those limits were there before and after. Mayweather relies on reflexes a lot. Surprised people don't see this.

He hasn't faced this kind of speed & power in years. I mean years. Hatton was the last fighter that was somewhat dangerous that Floyd faced. Ortiz is bigger, stronger & faster than he is.

Don't be surprised to see Ortiz match Floyd's speed & pressure him constantly, don't be surprised to see Floyd hurt & wobbled quite a few times. When the final bell sounds, don't be surprised to here Floyd declared the winner even though after watching the fight you feel that Ortiz actually beat him.

Bookmark this, if I'm wrong I'll admit it, I always do. But I have a feeling deep down in my guy Ortiz will give Floyd 1 if not the toughest fight of his career & he may even win too.
I think vic will do well enough that floyd will have to raise his game to soundly defeat him. I don't see vic winning. Of course I'm a floyd fan so if I say this it's because im a ***** or diccrider etcetc.
