This is the lie constantly being told involving Pacquiao. He is NOT, in ANY WAY, faster or have more relative punching power than at, say, 122 or 126. At those weights Pacquiao might have been the fastest fighter in boxing and had real one punch knockout power. For me its easy, in American sports today, athletic feats that seem unbelievable tend to be jsut that. Manny has gotten faster and more powerful with age. While he has never tested positive (and I don't think he is using) that is not what happens historically when a fighter ages and puts on weight. So circumstantially Manny is in the same boat as any other athlete in mainstream US sports. Never testing positive is just not enough of a reason not to take tests.
Now, he's just really fast and has good power. That is very consistent with what happens when you move up in weight.Comment

We can agree to disagree. Power can't just be measured by one punch KO ability. How many HAtton type KO's did manny have at the lower weights? This is the lie constantly being told involving Pacquiao.
