What's to explain? How do you know he used any PED in the Winky fight? I'm not saying he didn't - I'm asking...how do you know? Because since he didn't test positive, and he wasn't found guilty of it in court...it's no different than saying Manny is on PEDs, right? You guys kill your own debate
