It took Mayweather four years to move to welter. It took Manny four months.

Chico Corrales was a better puncher than Paq, he also moved up to Welter in 4 months but his power didnt hold up. Barely enough power to keep Clottey away from him. This is why I think something else is going on. Ive seen better fighters than Manny go up and lose power. Manny is the only one who is getting more power going up. The guys he is fighting are washed up but he shouldn't be hurting them like he is.

Mosley was on PEDs during his 2nd fight with ODLH, a fight in which a lot of people had him losing, also against Winky Wright where once again he displayed stamina issues and lost. Vargas got starched by ODLH. Mayweather is grasping at straws. You don't have to outright accuse anyone these days, all you have to do is create doubt, and that was his goal.
