My point was anabolic steroids and epo tend to not be great enchancers for this type of sport. If anything HGH probably would be the best as it would allow for short, intense training with little to no recovery but even still, I've read articles that insist that is not good for use during competition as it tends to prevent you from peaking, in other words, its better to use during off seasons for injury recovery and pre competition camps and then cycle off for actual competition. I'm no expert, and I believe testing should be better, but that's not what I'm talking about here.

Manny actually only weighed in at 144 1/2 when he fought Margarito at super welterweight...and he used to be 140 lbs the night of his 135 lbs fights...there is really nothing remarkable about his weight gains from a kid to a 30 something man...Gayweather is just losing it having been handed yet another set of lawsuits a week and a half before the fight...more distractions for him. He's coming apart and it's been going on for some time.Last edited by jaded; 09-08-2011, 04:36 PM.

Of course you neglected to mention that when he began boxing he was a starved kid weighing around 100 lbs and only 16 years old. You've seen those pictures, looking like he hadn't eaten a meal for years, and with a disproportionally large head. He himself says that when he weighed in for his first fights he had weights in his pockets.
I'll let you in to a secret. Dumbo. Boys can grow until about 25 years old.
So THAT's your "big" story????

boxing officials/authorities in the US knew it all along that pac is using that wonder drug but they allowed him to use it...that's pac for ya so eat your hearts out *****s.
they even got freddie roach as consultant to the US boxing team for the olympics...that's pac's coach for ya. *****s said roach is feeding his fighters with peds so i won't be surprised if he's feeding the olympic team with peds too.
