HBO refused to show any of his cruiserweight fights, although they had no problem showing James Toney a few years ago. And even Showtime wouldn't show Cunningham-Adamek II, although the first fight was a very good one.

So Adamek couldn't get a decent payday at CW, and he moved up to HW.
