So do you admit that Manny is the reason the fight didn't happen like 2 years ago, correct? Wouldn't you also have to now admit that Pac ducked Floyd? Of course the fight should be negotiated again and Floyd's been saying all Manny has to do is to agree to the testing and all Arum is saying, is that he doesn't trust the testing Mayweather wants to use. Sounds to me like Arum ain't trying to negotiate or make the fight. Floyd always wanted the USADA to do the testing. How could Arum and Pac say that they agreed to everything during the 2nd and 3rd negotiation but now say that the USADA is not good enough?
