Gary Russell Jr isn't even an obnoxious fighter, tho he has talked smack a little bit about Gamboa but that is probably more about promoting/hyping himself up. I don't think he really feels Gamboa is crap or whatever HBO had said Russell said about Gamboa.

Arum is right though..

Gary Russell is crap.. He is boring as hell. Yeah he looks slick and whatnot but he doesn't have that exciting factor.. he can't even finish a mediocre opponent just imagine when the level of competition steps up. I won't ever watch one of his fights again.. only watched it because I'd never seen him before.
