Pacquiao is an idiot. Trust me, i seen too many interviews of Pac in my local TV news where he exposed himself by tallking non-sense. He clearly knows nothing. Actually he did that. He ran for congress in Gen. Santos and lost. What he did? Ducked. Moved to a different dictrict Saranggani to run the second time. He's a ducker in boxing and politics. He's a ducker, period!

Pac is running for positions in the Philippines, not the the US Congress. He'd be better served learning Chinese and maybe some Japanese, considering he's in Asia and in an emerging market dominated by Chinese investment money...

Sure English is ONE of the universal languages we should all know, but a necessity as a politician there? Nope...
