Yes I agree with you that Bob is such a money sucking byatch and that he has been doing this for the last 45 years in business. And it's the reason why Oscar and Floyd left his camp. But let me ask you this, if Bob is such a sucking byatch, do you believe Bob would be ****** enough to stop this fight from happening considering he could earn a windfall in this fight which could be equivalent to money he could earned in three Pacquiao fights with any fighters other than Floyd? Plus Bob is probably is thinking right now of a possible Pac-Floyd trilogy with would let Pac and Floyd earn 300M between them, and you could just imagine how much Bob will earn.

Perhaps, it's about pride and ego more so than money.

Bob probably doesn't care to lose out on so much money because he's already set for life. His only concern would be adding to his estate which he will eventually pass on to his heirs.

Perhaps, he made a vow to never allow Floyd anywhere near his fighters regardless of the amount money to be made. If Floyd beats his fighters AND gets a cut of the money at the same time, that would be a double blow to his pride and ego.

That may or may not be the case, but knowing the business relationship they had and the subsequent break up leading to bitterness by both sides, one naturally might assume things aren't going as well as everyone expects.

He has been milking Manny for years. The guaranteed purses Manny receives for his fights is laughable for a so called superstar. Manny is a superstar, correct? If that is not milking, then what is? Something's very strange with you and the rest of the *****s. Isn't it a welcomed news for you to hear Pac saying he now agreed to all Floyd's testing demands so the fight could now finally happen. I will be happy when Arum takes the leash off and tells or lets Manny sign a contract to fight Floyd. Simple as that. Until then, what they say is bull****. Pacquiao was accused of using steroid way before negotiations for WADA testing happened. It started after he KO Hatton.

Floyd could demand ost anytime he wants but he don't have the right to accuse somebody in public that could destroy someones name.
If Pacquiao refused to take the test, so be it. No fight.

You don't have to worry. Manny said there are no more issues other than money sharing and guarantees. Meaning Manny said yes to all Floyd's testing demands. Manny is going to face Floyd and destroy all his PEDS accusations in the ring as you wished.
But whether you like it or not, Manny has to finish first his ongoing fight and collect his share in Floyd's pay in his Ortiz fight. EASY FIGHT, EASY MONEY FOR PAC.

Just to refresh you:

When we say random OSDT without cut-off it means year round testing with special focus on out-of-competition periods. It's the standard applied to Olympic athletes.

The particular test we are rabidly discussing here re Manny-Floyd fight is random OSDT with cut-off. When Floyd demanded OSDT which Manny agreed, both of them agreed that there must be a cut-off period with reference to day of the fight. Manny wanted 24 days cut-off but Floyd wanted 14 days. Neither side gave way and we all know what happened next.

On the second negotiation Manny agreed to 14 days, but then Floyd moved it to 7 days. Still Manny agreed to 7 days but then again Floyd moved it farther to fight night which means zero (0) days cut-off, and both of them could be tested on fight night "if" USADA deemed it necessary. When Manny agreed to zero days or what we practically call this time as "No Cut-Off" up to fight night, Floyd went to vacation and so on and so forth.

So when Manny said there are no more issues other than money sharing and guarantees, he means, drug testing without cut-off up to fight night is no longer an issue. And no matter how *****s tried to twist and spin this, it still would mean that Manny said yes to all Floyd's testing demands.

Now who do you think is to be blamed for the fight not happening?
